How does billing work?
You're billed monthly or yearly based on your plan. Start with our free tier and upgrade anytime as your needs grow. The Free tier includes a 5% transaction fee on all vendor payments. Pro ($49/month or $500/year) and Premium ($99/month or $1000/year) plans have no transaction fees. Save up to 15% with yearly billing! Standard payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction apply to all tiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do vendors need accounts?
No! Vendors can apply to your markets without creating an account. They simply fill out your application form and make payment if required.
How do payments work?
PopupHQ integrates with Stripe for secure payment processing. You connect your Stripe account, and funds are deposited directly to your bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule.
What are email limits?
All plans include automated, customizable email templates, bulk vendor emails, and invoice reminders. Free plans include 100 emails/month, Pro plans include 300 emails/month, and Premium plans have unlimited emails.

Yes! All plans let you create custom email templates with your branding. Free users get 1 application template and 100 emails/month, Pro users get 5 templates and 300 emails/month, and Premium users get unlimited templates and emails.
What is the vendor forum?
Premium plans include a private community forum where your accepted vendors can connect, share tips, and communicate. It's a great way to build community among your vendor network.
